Reports state the method, the equipment and the measured values, so they can be reviewed by a third party. We do not adjust conclusions to the expectations of either side.
Simple measurements are usually completed within a working day of intake. Tests with ageing, load cycles or repeated runs take longer, and the term is agreed in advance.
Yes. Repeat testing is performed under the same conditions as the first run so that the two sets of values can be compared directly.
If measured values do not allow a firm conclusion, the report says so and lists what additional testing would be required.
